Rosie does not reply to emails. When item was sent back for a refund, no refund received. Sent back via tracked and signed to address on the invoice sent with collar.
Had to get the bank to do a charge back in the end. Very disappointing and gives small companies a bad name. Avoid this company ):
Everyone always compliments our female Boxer in this collar - it’s such a nice design. It’s an ideal width, cleans well and is very good quality overall. The buckle hasn’t rusted like other brands have in the past so it’s worth every penny as it has lasted extremely well.
This is the second bed I have purchased as the cats loved the first one so much. Lovely and soft. Can be washed if needed. Perfect size for cats.

Love the products design and quality. Have not yet washed the covers so cannot comment. Only downside was found that the removable cover model lacks the firmness of the washable. Which was a selling point for me due to the needs of my dog.
