This is the second bed I have purchased as the cats loved the first one so much. Lovely and soft. Can be washed if needed. Perfect size for cats.

Love the products design and quality. Have not yet washed the covers so cannot comment. Only downside was found that the removable cover model lacks the firmness of the washable. Which was a selling point for me due to the needs of my dog.

I prefer to have more alternative type dog belongings, and this item did not disappoint!. My dogs are professional nappers so it was important to find the right sort of bed. The bed looks gorgeous, and it’s very comfortable ( yep I’ve been in there lol ) . My eldest dog is barely out of it and it’s obvious by the look on his face how wonderful this bed is.
This bed is good for back sleepers and those who dog starfish as well as those who like a chin rest.
Bought a washable bed on this occasion, and think possibly I should have opted for the removable cover. But overall the dogs love this bed. Happy dogs, happy me ☺️.

Lovely looking bed and she does love it however it doesn’t seem to stay completely flat on the floor but rests lopsided instead. Good quality

We are very pleased that you like your new bed but very sorry it wasn’t exactly right for you. We over fill our beds so they stay firmer for much longer. We stumbled on Snug Bums at Chatsworth market and fell in love with their stock - we purchased this on the day and have had so many compliments about it, we managed to get a handmade brass dog tag to match and Bailey looks so smart! Loved my experience with snugbums. Answered all my questions and no hesitation with returns. Luckily I didn’t need to return the bed. My poodles Love their posh bed. Even I had a snuggle on it with them. Unfortunately my photos doesn’t resemble how lovely this bed is.
Couple of little hiccups with dispatch/tracking/delivery, however the bed is lovely. Really nice quality. More a black and cream (the pic looks whiter - but that may be my old eves!) - not an issue though as it goes great with my decor. I checked with admin re sizing as my toy poodle likes to sprawl and the medium is perfect for this. My pooch loves his new bed, and that's all that matters.
