Lovely looking bed and she does love it however it doesn’t seem to stay completely flat on the floor but rests lopsided instead. Good quality

We are very pleased that you like your new bed but very sorry it wasn’t exactly right for you. We over fill our beds so they stay firmer for much longer. This will settle in a few weeks to lie straight. If you need a larger bed please check out the sizes on the product page and we can issue you a discount for your troubles.

We stumbled on Snug Bums at Chatsworth market and fell in love with their stock - we purchased this on the day and have had so many compliments about it, we managed to get a handmade brass dog tag to match and Bailey looks so smart! Loved my experience with snugbums. Answered all my questions and no hesitation with returns. Luckily I didn’t need to return the bed. My poodles Love their posh bed. Even I had a snuggle on it with them. Unfortunately my photos doesn’t resemble how lovely this bed is.
Couple of little hiccups with dispatch/tracking/delivery, however the bed is lovely. Really nice quality. More a black and cream (the pic looks whiter - but that may be my old eves!) - not an issue though as it goes great with my decor. I checked with admin re sizing as my toy poodle likes to sprawl and the medium is perfect for this. My pooch loves his new bed, and that's all that matters.
The bed has been very well received and looks very comfortable. My only observation is that there is so much filling in the base of the bed it does not lie flush on the floor, even with the dog in it.

I am so pleased Molly likes her new bed. I am really sorry to hear it wasn't 100% right for you. We use a premium fibre filling which holds its shape and plumpness for longer than most however, over time this will bed down. For this reason we fill the beds a little over so that within a few weeks of sleeps it will have settled and will stay at just the right level of support so as not to allow any contact to the hard floor for Mollys best comfort. The sides can also be manipulated around a little bit to speed up this process, if you roll them outwards almost tucking the base in and up that should help.

Our 4 year old cockapoo has always enjoyed sleeping in a tight circle and the Luxury Brown Bear is extravagantly comfortable. It’s plush, extremely cosy and she loves it. The added bonus of being washable is a massive plus. The “fur” is opulent and luxurious. A massive hit.

We've been following Snugbum's progress keenly on Instagram and couldn't wait to get our hands on this for our dog! He has fallen in love with it and either snuggles himself fully in (when he wants quiet time) or perches his head on the side if he wants to keep an eye on what's going on! The quality is incredible and the colour is so vibrant - we're already debating which colour to get for other rooms in the house (and secretly hoping for an adult version one day!)
